From dishonest business practices to a complete lack of support, a serious problem was running rampant. Cue Proxy Healthcare, an agency ran by a practicing nurse with the goal of giving clinicians what they really wanted, a staffing engine that understood their job and promised competitive compensation.
From staffing a single nurse to a single facility in 2019, Proxy Healthcare has grown to a national agency with the Joint Commission seal of approval. We now staff nursing, allied, and home health clinicians in multiple states and time zones across the country.
